Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Please read these terms carefully. This page is product information, not legal advice. Have counsel review it for your operating entity, jurisdictions, and distribution model before relying on it as a final legal agreement.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using AION Bot, you agree to these terms. If you use the product on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
2. The product
AION Bot is a software product in the Rajora AI ecosystem. Features, supported platforms, model providers, availability, and release channels may change over time. Some functionality requires third-party providers, your own API credentials, local software, or a supported desktop environment.
3. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable laws, third-party terms, and rights of others. Do not use AION Bot to gain unauthorized access, bypass security controls, distribute malware, harass people, steal data, or automate harmful or unlawful activity.
4. Automation and user responsibility
AI-generated plans and outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review proposed actions and results, especially when actions may send messages, change files, interact with accounts, spend money, affect other people, or have security consequences. You are responsible for instructions you provide and actions you authorize.
5. Third-party services
AION Bot may connect to third-party AI providers, websites, repositories, and local applications. Those services have their own availability, privacy terms, and terms of use. Rajora AI does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their output or continuous availability.
6. Credentials and security
Keep passwords, API keys, access tokens, and devices secure. Configure credentials only through supported settings or secret-management mechanisms. Never publish secrets in issue reports or source control. You are responsible for activity performed through credentials assigned to you.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
The software, brand, documentation, and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and subject to the applicable repository license and any separate terms presented with a service. You may provide feedback, but do not include confidential information unless requested through an appropriate channel.
8. Availability, warranties, and liability
The product is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or compatibility with every system. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
9. Updates and termination
You may stop using the product at any time. Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, or legal compliance. Product updates may change features or requirements; review release notes before installing major updates.
10. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date. For questions about these terms, contact hello@rajora.live.
