Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

This policy is a practical product-level disclosure and should be reviewed against the final production data flows, hosting configuration, and applicable legal requirements before being treated as a complete legal notice.

1. Scope

This policy describes privacy considerations for AION Bot, the desktop AI agent in the Rajora AI ecosystem, and this product website. Specific services may provide additional notices. Review third-party provider policies when you choose to connect them.

2. Information you provide

Depending on the features you use, the service may process account details such as your email address, authentication/session data, support messages, prompts, task history, settings, and information you submit through forms. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless the product explicitly requires it.

3. Desktop activity and files

Desktop automation can access files, browser content, or application state only as permitted by the configured features, operating-system permissions, and actions you authorize. Check prompts and permission dialogs before approving access or an operation. The scope of processing depends on your configuration.

4. AI providers and integrations

If you connect an external model provider or integration, the prompts, snippets, files, or other inputs needed to fulfil your request may be sent to that provider. The provider may process such information under its own terms and privacy policy. Review provider settings before sending confidential content.

5. Credentials and local storage

The application supports credential-handling and storage mechanisms that depend on the platform and configuration. Keep your operating system updated, protect your device, and avoid placing API keys in shared files, browser-visible code, or public repositories. Do not assume every integration has identical storage behavior.

6. Diagnostics and security

When enabled or necessary for operation, the product or hosting providers may process technical logs, error data, device/browser details, and service events to maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the service. Avoid including secrets in logs or diagnostic uploads.

7. Retention and sharing

Retention depends on the feature, deployment, and provider involved. Information may be processed by hosting, authentication, analytics, support, and model providers to deliver the service. We do not describe information as “never collected” or “never shared” where such processing can occur.

8. Your choices and requests

Use available product settings to manage connected providers and stored information. To ask a privacy question or submit a data-related request, email hello@rajora.live and include enough detail for us to understand your request; do not include passwords or API keys.

9. Children and policy changes

The product is not designed for children to use without appropriate supervision. This policy may change as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
